One Bedroom Disabled Access Apartment.

All our apartments have lift access from the basement carpark to the second floor. Reception also is accessed via a ramp at the front of our property. 

Other features of our disabled apartment are:

• Extra wide doorways and hallways.
• Large bedroom and living areas which provide easy turning circles.
• Grip bars in the bathroom, around the toilet,  vanity and inside the shower, shower hose which can be vertically altered.
• Large shower which is level with the floor (no steps)
• Low level and easily accessable kitchen benches, appliances, cutlery, oven, stove and dishwasher.

Bedroom is separate from living/dining area, the apartment accommodates up to three guests in a queen size bed and single fold out sofa bed.

This apartment has a balcony overlooking Commonwealth Reserve and the yachts at our front door. It has all the features of our other apartments including TV, DVD player, direct dial phone and wireless high-speed internet.
